READY TO SHIP
Ready to ship items are available and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. NO ITEMS WILL SHIP UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR.
DELAYS
Please be aware products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability. No refunds will be given due to shipment delays.
PREORDER
Preorders go into production after the closing date and arrive 6-12 weeks later. Once we receive them they are inspected, packaged, and shipped to you. At that time you receive a shipping notification and tracking information via email.
Preorders will always be an ESTIMATED time of arrival and closing date. Keep in mind ETAs are estimates! We strive to estimate correctly, but sometimes production takes longer or shipping is delayed. Refunds will not be given off ETAs. ETAs are arrival to Flynn & Kelsey not to customers. Depending on the size of your order, shipping can take 5-7 business days.
