Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We will try to accommodate exchanges should we have an extra in stock. If we do not have an item in stock, we will accept returns for store credit only. Generally, items are ordered specifically per your request. Please be mindful of that when placing an order. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason 
  • Clearance items are generally out of season or very low inventory. Clearance items may be defective and cannot be returned or exchanged for any defects.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wash, wear, or use. No exceptions!
  • Personalized items and holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Refunds will not be given off estimated time of arrivals for pre order and pre order extra items

To qualify for a return, exchange or refund, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Once an exchange, return for store credit, or refund is approved, you have 5 business days to return the item in its original package with all tags still attached.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
